OSI Dress Code Policy
The OSI dress code policy is designed to help us all provide a consistent professional appearance to our customers and colleagues. The goal is to be sure that we maintain a positive impression.
Who does this policy apply to?
The OSI dress code policy applies to all of our team members.
Dress Code
- Employees are expected to dress in business casual attire, except Friday.
- Employees must always present a clean, professional image. Everyone is expected to wear clean clothing, free of holes, or other signs of wear.
- Clothing with offensive or inappropriate designs or stamps is not allowed.
- Clothing should not be too revealing.
- Dress shirts must be worn appropriately inside the pants.
- Color jeans are allowed only on Fridays.
- Casual Tenis shoes are allowed on Fridays
Actions that will be taken for any Dress Code Violations:
Managers or supervisor are expected to inform employees when they are violating the dress code. Employees in violation are expected to immediately correct the issue. This may include having to leave work to change clothes. This time will be discounted from the paycheck and will impact the payment and bonus.
