| Worked Days | Amount of worked days biweekly. On months of 31 days, consider we only count 15th, since OSI pay by month not by day. |
| Night Shift | If the shift starts between 7pm and 6pm. |
| Night Hours | Worked hours between 7pm and 6am. |
| OT Hrs – Day Time | Worked hours between 6am and 7pm. When shift is from 6am to 4pm but it worked until 5pm, will get paid 1 hour of OT – Day time, if this OT has been previously approved by the immediate supervisor. |
| OT Hrs – Night Time | Worked hours between 7pm and 6am. When shift is from 6am to 4pm but it worked until 5pm, will get paid 1 hour of OT – Day time, if this OT has been previously approved by the immediate supervisor. |
| Bonus | Granted by the client and will be paid the following month once the metrics have been achieved. |
| Deducted minutes | Granted permission previously authorized with acknowledge of the collaborator that it won’t be paid. |
| Bonus (OSI) | Granted by OSI and will be paid the following month once the metrics have been achieved. |
| Commissions | Granted by the client and must be previously authorized by them. Paid the 15th of every month. |
