Attendance Bonus guideline

The Attendance Bonus is a $200 award to top attendance OSI employees. This bonus is paid the following month after every quarter on your paycheck. The bonus goes on the subsequent periods: “JAN-MAR,” “APR-JUN,” “JUL-SEP,” “OCT-DEC.” This bonus will only be paid if you fulfill all of the requirements below.

Completed 90 days within the company.

Clock in before your shift starts.

Finish your daily work hours over the course of three months.

Not exceed your lunch or break times

The collaborator must be an active employee to qualify for the payment of the bonus.

ATTENDANCE BONUS CAUTION!

Medical leaves that exceed 2 days within the quarter will disqualify you for the bonus.

**LOA’s will immediatly  disqualify you from the bonus

No shows will immediately disqualify you from the bonus and will grant you a disciplinary process.

Full work from home or abuse of the benefit will disqualify you from the bonus.

Paid licenses such as Maternity, Paternity, and Marriage will disqualify you.

Each collaborator has two exceptions of 10 minutes each of lateness on the quarter, if exceeded,  you will lose the bonus.

***PTO’s approved by the client, will not impact your bonus.

Not completing your shift.

***PTO’s: Paid time off
