MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

Develop motivational speaking and coaching sessions with the collaborators of OSI that allows challenging the status quo and empower vulnerable sectors of the Salvadorean society in order to promote good practices that allow future generations to change in their own life and its community through the participation of bolder academic and professional opportunities that finalizes with integral development and growth.

FOCUS AREAS OF THE PROJECT

The subjects are in line with the focus areas that want to be developed within the project are the following:

1. Personal growth

a. Evidence of how people by being their true self, demonstrating vulnerability and openness, are trustworthy and possibilities meaningful relationships in work and life.

b. Think big, be bold. Share Hero’s Journeys in which you demonstrate ambition and the courage to change your own life through facing adversities in life.

2. Staffing and growth of talent

a. What do leaders value now to choosing the perfect candidate.

b. Women in man-dominated fields. How have I been able to grow and what have I learned?

c. Resiliency and lessons learned in interviews and application to dream jobs.

3. The responsibility of a leader

a. “A great power comes with a great responsibility”. Share how nowadays we look forward to giving back in every aspect of life so we can create changes.

b. Competitions vs. Collaboration: How to bring down traditional structures of power in the workplace to allow for more open collaboration among teams.

c. Balance in life and work: productivity in the workspace.
