• More than 3 months with the company.
• No Warning on the past 3 months.
• The course to be taken must be oriented towards the process of improvement and development of the area that you are currently in.
• Submit your request between 5-8 business days before the course starts.
• Account Manager Approval.
• Sign a permanence agreement.
+$500 : 12 months
-$500: 6 months
