REQUIREMENTS TO POSTULATE FOR THE EVENT
- Employees must have more than three months of being part of OSI.
- Candidates must not have disciplinary measures in their archive in the last six months.
- Candidates must have the facility of public speaking.
- Candidates should have flexibility in their schedules for events, presentations, and feedback sessions outside of their working hours.
INDICATIONS FOR THE PROCESS
- The speaking event must be around any of the focus areas previously mentioned. If a contestant would want to speak to another area mentioned in the form of the application, the candidate must submit his solicitation with his or her subject to jgonzalezalez@osinearshore.com and it will be reviewed by the panel of judges.
- The speaking event must be in English.
- The timing for presentation will be around 7 to 13 minutes long.
- All the presentations will be part of face-to-face events.
